I wore this bridesmaid's dress once. I think the sizing runs a little larger - I am usually a 6 or 8, and the tag size is a 6 (but I have narrow shoulders). I loved the waistline on the dress - the way the fabric drapes from the waistline was very forgiving for me...probably why I was able to get a 6 instead of an 8. The leg slit isn't too "leggy" - I liked it more than I thought I would!
I'm 5'9" 160 lbs, and wore 2.5" heels with this dress. No alterations.
